Any resident of Denville Township can join Downtown Denville’s committees. The Downtown Denville Marketing and Promotions Committee is charged with promoting Downtown Denville as a vibrant center for commerce, culture, and community life. Through storytelling, hosting special events, retail promotions, wayfinding and signage projects, and more, the Marketing and Promotions Committee helps bring shoppers to our Downtown.
If you love Downtown Denville and want to see it continue to thrive and grow, this is the committee for you! Here are some of the ways you’ll help:

More about the Downtown Denville Organization
The Downtown Denville Business Improvement District (Downtown Denville BID) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization designated by Denville Township ordinance . It was formed to advise and assist the Township of Denville in planning and promoting the economic development and improvement of the area designated as the Downtown Denville Business Improvement District.
The Downtown Denville BID is funded by the downtown property owners with an elected Board of Directors. That funding supports promotional efforts, downtown improvements, downtown administration, and a collective force to support interests in our downtown.
What We Do
The Downtown Denville BID, and it’s elected board, helps promote and improve this district by taking on projects including but not limited to beautification, safety improvements, recreational and rest areas, signage, publicity of the BID and businesses included within the BID boundaries, helping to recruit new businesses to fill vacancies, and organizing special events in the BID.
How Can I Help?
Please support Downtown Denville by shopping our local stores, eating at our wonderful restaurants, attending our exciting events, supporting our local services, and spreading the word about one of New Jersey’s best downtown shopping districts. Any member of Denville Township may also attend our public meetings and volunteer to be a part of our events and efforts by serving on a committee, volunteering to help with events, and more!
