Participate in a Rhythmic Sound Journey with Arjun Bruggeman at Prana Yoga Center. After a short guided sitting meditation, Arjun weaves grounded world percussion and mystical etheric soundscapes with elements of aural and energetic healing modalities. The attendees are invited into a space of vibrant inner stillness and cosmic expression.

Participate in this fantastic class at The Wren + The Raven to learn all the ins and outs of tea. This class will teach what tea is, how to make the perfect cup, how to store tea properly, and most importantly – how to honor the plant and incorporate it into your Magical Practice.

Spend your Friday night at Diamond Spring Brewing Co. with live music from Joe K. Joe K is a 30-year-old singer, songwriter and guitarist based out of NYC. He originally hails from the Hudson Valley and performs both regionally and nationally. He began his career working with folk luminaries like Pete Seeger and contributed to a Grammy winning album in 2012. In 2024 he performed over 180 public and private engagements. He was a top performer in 2024 for Gigsalad.com and Paragon Booking. Some landmark venues he has worked at include The Bitter End, Tarrytown Music Hall, Spotlight at the Paramount Theatre, Sam Adams Downtown Taproom and the Towne Crier Cafe to name a few. His repertoire includes originals, standards, pop hits, americana, and jazz.

Enjoy a very special evening of entertainment at Sweet Vinyl Cafe with live music, featuring singer-songwriters Flower Rhythms, Andrew Ogilvie, and Elizabeth Walsh. The music starts at 5:00 PM, there’s no cover, and all ages are welcome. The perfect music for Sweet Vinyl’s space, perfect artists for this kind of music!

Continuing with heart month awareness, Pure Barre Denville is offering a special 30 min Empower Cardio class. Besides keeping you fit, this aerobic exercise is excellent in preventing and managing heart and circulatory diseases. All members are encouraged to stick around after the class to fill out cards for the babies, parents, or nurses of the Chony Cardiac Unit to help brighten their days.

Join Bruno Vandame at Prana Yoga Center for an artist reception of his work on Sunday, Feb 25 from 3-6pm. Meet the artist, listen to live music, and enjoy refreshments while viewing his watercolors and prints of beautiful places around the world.
