Featuring Dani Zanoni’s melodic vocals and Alex Kerssen’s skillful handling of guitar and keys, their repertoire ranges from popular cover songs to Dani’s indie/pop originals. Conclude your weekend with a soul-soothing session in the Virtual Loving Kindness Meditation Series offered by Prana Yoga. Starting this Sunday at 11:30 AM, the six-week program kickstarts a journey into mindfulness led by certified Yoga Therapist and meditation instructor Cheryl Verchinski. Participants will have the chance to explore various meditation techniques, including Loving Kindness and Shamatha, while also delving into Buddhist philosophical insights, all from the comfort of their home.
